A little room for the season ahead.

A practical reset for changing light, weather and daily rhythms.

Begin where you live

A coastal autumn, a prairie evening and a northern winter are not interchangeable. Instead of following a universal seasonal routine, notice one change where you live in Canada. How does it affect the time or energy you have available?

Keep one thing

Choose a habit that is already helping. It might be a regular walk, a quiet breakfast or a short conversation with a friend. A reset does not require discarding what works. Write down what makes this habit possible so you can protect that condition.

Make one adjustment

Choose a small change that fits your real week. Leave a gap between two commitments or prepare something before a busy morning. You do not need a special object or a particular celestial date to make a useful adjustment.

Check the result

Return to the page after a week. Did the change help? If not, reduce it, replace it or let it go. The point is to respond to your experience, not to force a symbolic plan to fit your life.
